Gold Belt Byway - Highway 50, Highway 9, High Park Road


	Check out the driving tour of this section of the byway that is commonly called the High Park Road. It leads up to the Teller County road section called Teller County 1.

	The Skyline Dinosaur Trackway Learn the story of this remarkable story at the Dinosaur Depot or visit their website for this story! The Skyline Drive is a great place to view the geology of the area. An outstanding geologic drawing has been constructed by Dr. Emmett Evanoff which is best viewed when at the top of this stop along the Byway which is available with the Geology and paleontology of the Gold Belt Byway publication.

	The Royal Gorge The City of Canon City has a park located just east of the Royal Gorge Bridge. There are some great viewing locations of the Royal Gorge and the bridge in this area and the story of this facinating geologic story is told in the Geology and Paleontology of the Gold Belt Byway publication.
